1. Windows Won’t Stay Closed or Open

3. Drafty Windows
Temperature changes usually expose leaks in the window. These are usually fixed by having the weatherstripping replaced. Also check if the windows are properly seated in their frames – if not, this could mean the sash and/or frame is out of shape. 4. Broken Locks and Latches
